MONTHLY RATE

$15 Base rate plus $4.73 per thousand gallons for a single family detached home.  This fee covers the cost of pumping, treatment, administration, repairs and maintenance, testing and other similar business costs.

PLANT CONTRIBUTION FEE

$1200 per new home and $800 per existing homes.  This fee pays for the capital costs of the treatment plant, wells, replacement costs, and upgrades to the physical plant.  This is a one-time fee.

SYSTEM CONTRIBUTION FEE

$850 per acre new home and $500 per existing home if the lot does not exceed one acre (also called Main Fee).  This fee is charged per platted acre regardless of use.  Occasionally a user will need to install a main to his property.  We will allow that user to recoup most costs of that main that is more than its calculated total system contributions.

APPLICATION FEE

$50 per home, a one time charge to cover professional fees, such as plan review, involved in new customer processing.

CONNECTION FEE

$800 per home (for a ¾” meter), a one time charge that covers the cost of the pit and water meter.

SERVICE CONNECTION

The line from the house to the Utility’s meter is installed by the customer to the Utilities specifications.
