| Plant Contribution

per EDU for new and $1500 per EDU for existing
service. This fee pays for
the capital costs of the treatment plant, replacement costs, and upgrades
to the physical plant. This
is a one time fee. |
| System Contribution
Fee |
$2900 per acre new development and $2,000 per existing home if lot does not exceed an acre(also called
Interceptor Fee). This charge covers the cost of the Interceptor
sewers based on our master plan. This
fee is charged per platted acre regardless of use or EDU’s.
Occasionally a user will need to install an interceptor sewer to
his property. We will allow
that user to recoup most costs of that sewer that is more than its
calculated total system contributions. |

$100 per EDU a one time
charge to cover professional fees involved in new customer processing. |
| Connection Fee |
$400 per EDU pays for time
and costs associated with tap-ons. |
